Quantum computers in the service of finance

The potential benefits of quantum computers in the financial sector will be enormous. With quantum computers and their new programming model, it will be possible to considerably improve risk analysis, run financial simulations, optimize investment portfolios in near-real time, or better estimate derivative prices, for example.

The CCIG, in partnership with Swiss Quantum Hub*, the Swiss association specializing in quantum technologies, is offering this seminar, which describes and explains the challenges of quantum development and the potential uses for financial institutions in Switzerland and Geneva.
