A Sino-international platform to connect digital ecosystems

Since its inception in 2021, the Global Digital Economy Conference has established itself as a high-level platform bringing together government officials, business leaders, and academic experts to discuss the major transformations associated with the digital economy. The 2026 edition marks an important milestone with its move to Geneva, an international hub hosting numerous multilateral organizations, and aims to strengthen connections between Europe, Asia, and global digital players.

The conference will focus on several strategic areas related to innovation, governance, and international cooperation, and will, among other things:

  • to explore new opportunities for digital collaboration between China and Europe, including cooperative practices in corporate globalization and cutting-edge perspectives shared by representatives of European institutions and leading companies in Beijing
