Connecting Minds: Agility as a Strength in Turbulent Times

The event emphasizes a resolutely participatory approach, in which peer-to-peer exchanges and role-playing exercises take center stage. This year’s edition will explore the many facets of organizational agility: collective intelligence, management, change management, foresight, artificial intelligence, shared governance, social innovation, and sustainable transformation. The goal is to enable participants to leave with methods they can directly apply within their organizations, drawing on real-world experience and feedback.

Among the proposed sessions, you'll have the opportunity to explore topics such as:

  • Shaping the Future Together: Toward an Open Foresight Ecosystem that will explore how organizations can transform foresight into a genuine capacity for action. Drawing on an approach based on anticipation, knowledge sharing, and collective intelligence, this conference will demonstrate how to build a community of practice to better navigate an uncertain environment and bring about desirable futures, with Quentin Ladetto, Head of Technology Foresight at the Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection, and Sports (DDPS), who will share insights from the armasuisse S+T foresight program.
  • How can you build consensus around your organization’s purpose and strengthen its positive impact on society? This event will take the form of a participatory workshop designed to help organizations clarify their purpose, strengthen collective commitment, and create greater alignment between strategy, governance, and concrete actions. Participants will discover several tools they can immediately apply in their professional context, led by Marie Blaser, Head of Sustainable Development at Loyco, and Lucie Mauron, Lecturer at HEIG-VD.
  • AI in Business: Catalyst or Loss of Control? Developing an agile and autonomous approach to address one of the key challenges of adopting artificial intelligence: how to balance innovation, data control, and usage governance. Through collaborative work, participants will develop a concrete framework for action that enables the responsible and secure deployment of AI, tailored to the realities of their organization. A workshop led by Agathe Delas, Head of Incubator and External Programs, and Leslie Desplanques, Head of Communications and Ecosystem Development at Nicomatic Explorer.
  • The Lab des Futurs: Organizations in French-speaking Switzerland in 2040, a conference that will invite participants to experiment with foresight methods to envision different scenarios for the future and assess their impact on organizations. Combining analysis, creativity, and collective exploration, this workshop will demonstrate how foresight can serve as a driver of agility in a world marked by uncertainty. It will be led by Carole Chapelat Vandenabeele, an innovation management consultant at INNOSQUARE, and Chantal Peyer, co-founder of the Hub des Possibles.
  • When Minds Converge: Training to Make Decisions Under Pressure, which will use an immersive business game to challenge participants to balance competitiveness, responsibility, urgency, and long-term vision. The goal: to develop cooperative instincts and strengthen teams’ strategic agility through a collective experience and tools that can be directly applied in the workplace, featuring Sophie Conchon, Founder of Wiser Impact, and insights from Laura Le Gal, Revenue Manager & Sustainability Leader at the SwissTech Convention Center.

In addition to the conferences, FABLAG 2026 will offer numerous opportunities to explore innovative approaches through participatory workshops, serious games, improvisation exercises, co-creation initiatives, and testimonials from organizations in French-speaking Switzerland sharing both their successes and their failures. For SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, this event represents an opportunity to discover practical tools to strengthen their adaptability, navigate technological and human transformations, foster a culture of collaboration, and responsibly integrate new applications of artificial intelligence.
