On October 2, 2025, the Chambre Neuchâteloise du Commerce et de l'Industrie (CNCI) is organizing a morning session focusing on digital technologies and an innovative marketing approach, with the aim of providing SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland with strategic insights and practical tools for choosing and adopting the right approach to develop their business on international markets.
How can a Neuchâtel SME identify the best markets for expansion using digital anthropology and other digital methods?
At a time when the pressure of US taxes is weighing on exports, diversifying international outlets is becoming a necessity for companies in Neuchâtel - and more broadly in the French-speaking part of the country. During this morning session, experts will present a country scoring model based on reliable statistics and accessible data, with the aim of helping managers position their companies in the most promising markets.
A fictitious case - Dubois Micromécanique SA - will be used to illustrate the application of this model: how to choose countries, how to identify B2B buyers, what innovative marketing tactics to adopt.
This workshop will be conducted in the company of start-up Antropomedia, whom we had the pleasure of welcoming on Alp ICT's Youtube channel, and whose Head of Analysis, Benjamin Perregaux, presented the platform's innovative approach based on AI and Deep Learning technologies.
