Understanding How AI Is Redefining Cybersecurity

While artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities for detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyberthreats, it is also becoming a powerful tool for attackers. This conference will examine the current level of AI adoption in organizations, the opportunities it offers, its limitations, and its impact on cybersecurity skills and roles. Special attention will be given to Agentic AI, an emerging approach that enables intelligent agents to autonomously execute complex chains of actions, both for defense and attack. A demonstration will provide a concrete illustration of the possibilities offered by these new tools and the challenges they pose for organizations.

The panel discussion will feature Javier Diaz, Security Team Coordinator at Swisscom; Anthony Ferzoco, ICT Security Operations Engineer at Swisscom; and Olivier Koffi, Head of Networks & Cybersecurity at ANSAM Group. The discussion will be moderated by Frédéric Gaudun, Chief Information Security Officer at CIGES SA.

For small and medium-sized businesses in French-speaking Switzerland, this webinar offers an opportunity to better understand the concrete impacts of artificial intelligence on cybersecurity strategies. Beyond mere hype, the speakers will share a pragmatic perspective on current applications, the new capabilities offered by agent-based AI, and the precautions to take when integrating these technologies in a context where automation, rapid response, and risk management are becoming key factors in resilience.
