Corporate Innovation in Switzerland: feedback & outlook

To introduce the subject, a large part of the morning will be devoted to analyzing the political framework and outlook in French-speaking Switzerland. In the presence of Mr. Kustrim Reka, Delegate for Economic Promotion within the Office cantonal de l'économie et de l'innovation (OCEI) of the State of Geneva, Mr. Raphaël Conz, Head of Service within the Service de la promotion de l'économie et de l'innovation (OCEI) of the Canton of Geneva, Mr. In the presence of Mr. Kustrim Reka, Delegate for Economic Promotion within the Office cantonal de l'économie et de l'innovation (OCEI) of the State of Geneva, Mr. Raphaël Conz, Head of Service within the Service de la promotion de l'économie et de l'innovation of the State of Vaud and Mrs. Karine Curti, Director of the Fondation pour l'attractivité du Canton de Genève (FLAG), you will be able to discover the roadmap in terms of innovation, entrepreneurship and taxation that SMEs can follow to foster their development and increase their competitiveness. 

These perspectives are backed up by nearly 10 years' experience of the practices, collaborations and governance actions carried out within a major Swiss organization: La Poste, represented by Mr. Philipp DeAngelis. Among the points addressed will be questions relating to acquisition policies, integrated innovation and the strengths and weaknesses of the Swiss ecosystem. 

The late morning and afternoon will be punctuated by other speeches, conferences and round tables, enabling SMEs in particular to enrich and/or reinforce their actions to meet the challenges of innovation and competitiveness.

In concrete terms, the event will provide SME managers in French-speaking Switzerland with

  • tangible methods for thriving in a context of rapid change, with particular emphasis on adaptability, foresight and innovation
  • advice on how to ensure the adaptability of their organization, with a particular focus on intrapreneurship, creativity and critical thinking 
  • practical approaches to fostering growth with start-ups through collaboration and investment, while taking into account legal and sustainability parameters
