On August 28, 2025, BioAlps will be holding the next edition of its "Deep Dive" at the Biopôle Lausanne, entitled How Gender Equity Drives Innovation. This summer afterwork aims to explore the direct impact of gender equity on innovation in the life sciences sector.
Through a series of presentations, the event will seek to shed light on issues relating to gender equity, between healthcare and research, female leadership and scientific innovation. These presentations will explore the theme in greater depth within a more general space for exchange, facilitating encounters and fostering cross-disciplinary collaborations between start-ups, SMEs, academic institutes and clinical players.
