From February 10 to 12, 2026, the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne will host the 10th edition of the Applied Machine Learning Days (AMLD), one of Europe's largest events dedicated to applied artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. Over three days, researchers, practitioners, decision-makers, and innovators will gather for conferences, workshops, and interactive sessions to share knowledge and outline concrete applications of AI in the economy and society.
AMLD 2026 offers a packed program centered around high-level conferences and practical workshops covering the entire AI value chain: from infrastructure to business, including societal, regulatory, and operational issues.
The event will open with discussions on issues related to technological sovereignty, with sessions such as Inside Apertus – Engineering a Sovereign Foundation Model, and Switzerland's strategic role in the global race for high-performance computing, through the debate Money, Chips, Energy: Switzerland at the crossroads, bringing together experts in high-performance computing and energy policy.
