AI for Good Global Summit 2026

July 7, 2026 - July 10, 2026
Palexpo − Geneva

From July 7 to 10, 2026, Geneva will host a new edition of the AI for Good Global Summit at Palexpo, the world’s largest event dedicated to artificial intelligence addressing major societal challenges. Organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a specialized agency of the United Nations, in partnership with more than 50 UN organizations and co-organized with the Swiss Confederation, the summit will bring together researchers, companies, startups, policymakers, international organizations, investors, artists, and others around a shared goal: to make artificial intelligence a driver of economic, environmental, and social progress. With several hundred conferences, demonstrations, workshops, and exhibition spaces, the event has established itself as a flagship gathering for understanding the applications of AI that will shape the coming decades.

AI: Addressing Major GlobalChallenges… and Supporting Businesses

Unlike many events focused on artificial intelligence, AI for Good does not focus solely on model performance or the latest technological innovations. Above all, the summit explores how AI can help address the major challenges identified by the United Nations: improving healthcare systems, strengthening food security, accelerating the energy transition, preserving water resources, transforming education, and supporting changes in the world of work.

This systemic perspective also highlights issues that have become critical for businesses, such as AI governance, organizational readiness, the authenticity of digital content, technological sovereignty, trust in AI systems, and the development of the skills needed for their responsible adoption.

Beyond the conferences, which will bring together more than 100 world-renowned figures in their respective fields—from Will.I.Am to Sam Altman, including Yuval Noah Harari, Lila Ibrahim, Werner Vogels… and many others—AI for Good is designed as a true platform for experimentation. Visitors will be able to experience technology demonstrations—particularly in robotics, from the “roboclette” to the humanoid “uMe” —take part in technical challenges, participate in hands-on workshops, and explore new forms of creativity through film screenings as part of the AI Film Festival.
