4th Assises de la création numérique
On September 16, 2025, the 4th Assises de la création numérique will take place in the Valais region, in Sion. The day will offer players in the creative, cultural and digital industries an opportunity to reflect on and co-construct the collaborative models that need to be (re)thought and developed in French-speaking Switzerland.
Creative & digital industries in French-speaking Switzerland: bridging culture and economy
Organized by the Pôle de Création Numérique, in partnership with the Prism, Pyxis Exploration Numérique, XN Swiss and Alp ICT platforms, the Assises aims to catalyze support for digital cultural content by mobilizing the public, private and artistic sectors.
The first part will take place in the academic setting of Energypolis, ideal for diagnosing and proposing local use cases. The afternoon session will take place in the new NODA BCVS hall, a leading cultural space, where the focus will be on the encounter between creation, cultural policy and business model.
The event offers a dynamic structure alternating presentations, round tables, working groups and visits, to encourage exchanges, strategic dialogues and concrete encounters. Among the topics covered, you'll be able to discover..:
- an overview of support and encouragement in French-speaking Switzerland with Sylvain Gardel, Managing Director of the Swiss Design Association and programmer at Pyxis Exploration Numérique
- prospects for partnerships between culture and the economy to support the creative cultural and digital industries in French-speaking Switzerland, with Alain Dubois, Head of the Valais State Department of Culture, Arnaud Croisier, Head of the SyNNergy program at Innovaud & Benjamin Muzzin, Swiss digital artist
